Rebranding a 60-year old small-town staple

It's not everyday you're asked to re-design small-town staple, especially not one that's been open since 1947. Moscow Realty is Moscow, Idaho's oldest brokerage with a tried & true reputation. When Sam DeVoe purchased the business from long time owner Joe McGurkin in 2020, she knew it needed a fresh, modern brand to compete with the newer realty offices in town. She asked me if I was up for the challenge, and I excitedly accepted, as I grew up in Moscow and felt honored to give it an update.
